Comfortable, 57 sq. meter, 1-floor holiday home with a separate bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a nice terrace with plenty of grass open space in front of it for the kids to play. With maximum capacity of 5 people, it sleeps comfortably 4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children: one double and one single bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room that opens up as a double bed (1,50*2,00 meters).

There is one air conditioning unit in the bedroom, strong enough to cover the whole space and we provide one air fan. There is a possibility of adding one baby cot in the bedroom and/or baby chair in the sitting area.

This holiday home is closer to the beach from any other type we have. From some of these holiday homes, there is partial sea view. This holiday home is on the ground floor.
